Is it possible to pick up my order?
Yes, it is possible to pick up your order at our shop located at Gubelstrasse 2, 8050 Zurich (Switzerland). If you wish to pick up your order, please place the order online and select the pickup option. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email with all the information for collecting your order during our opening times.
How soon will I receive my order?

Can I return or exchange ceramic items if they arrive damaged or if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges for damaged or unsatisfactory items. Please contact us within 5 days after you receive your order. Please note that the shipping, packaging, or border costs are not refunded.
