At LOKI Home, we’re driven by the desire to bring the essence of slow living into your everyday life. Our slow-made homeware collection is crafted to enhance those precious moments of pause—whether it’s tea time, a morning coffee, or simply unwinding after a long day. Each piece in our collection is designed to transform your home into a warm and stylish space, inviting you to slow down, savor the moment, and enjoy the beauty in the everyday.

SLOW DOWN

  • At LOKI Home, we’re inspired by the essence of slow living, crafting each piece to enrich life’s quiet moments—tea time, a morning coffee, or simply unwinding after a long day. Each piece in our collection is thoughtfully designed to transform your home into a warm, inviting space that encourages you to slow down, savor the moment, and appreciate beauty in the everyday.

  • Our commitment to slowness is reflected in our meticulous, hands-on process. Each piece is crafted through slip casting, starting with carefully designed plaster molds that dry for weeks. We incorporate grog with pigments for unique textures, then pour in a custom blend of stoneware and porcelain.

    After a week of drying, the pieces are fired at 980°C to solidify, then hand-sanded, glazed, and fired again at 1260°C, resulting in a durable, waterproof finish.

    All our products are handcrafted in Zurich, Switzerland.

DESIGN

  • All of our designs and products are crafted in our production studio in Zurich, with a strong focus on minimalism and linear forms. We blend creativity with precision, ensuring each object is a testament to our commitment to simplicity and elegance. Each piece is glazed on the inside with a transparent glaze, while the exterior is left in its natural state, providing a soft, tactile experience. For those looking for a personal touch, we offer custom color shades upon request, making our products uniquely tailored for companies or special projects.

MATERIALS

  • We experiment with the finest materials, combining porcelain and stoneware with ceramic sprinkles infused with pigments. This addition of sprinkles creates unique patterns in the clay, ensuring each piece is distinct and beautifully individual.

  • Our products are exceptionally durable, dishwasher safe, and food safe, designed to withstand daily use while retaining their beauty and functionality over time.

  • Upon request, we can create a custom
    color shade, making the product unique and tailored to companies.
